START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Items purchased from UNTAPPED must be returned in perfect and unused condition, without damage, stains, odor or any other condition that would prevent sale as new. In addition, to receive a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment in the original packaging including all labels and any items included in the packaging. Please note: Shipping costs of the initial order are non-refundable. Also note that some items such as keychains, underwear and socks cannot be returned.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Untapped by email at info@untappedheaven.com. Untapped will refund the amount of the order including shipping costs until the order has been prepared by our logistics warehouse and loaded onto the courier vehicles. In this case, no refund will be made.

DUTIES

Additional charges related to import duties may apply for shipments to the following countries:

United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Réunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine + North America & South America.

The shipping carrier will notify the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees. If you have any questions regarding customs clearance, please contact info@untappedheaven.com for further information/assistance with a shipment.

The recipient is responsible for the cost of customs clearance and payment of any taxes due according to the customs regulations in force in the country. For this reason, Untapped is not responsible for any fees incurred by importation and the customer is responsible for paying the duties.

If the customer refuses to pay these fees, the shipment will be considered as refused by the customer and therefore returned to our warehouse, with a refund of the amount of the garments purchased less the costs resulting from the rejection of the goods.
