Delivery & Shipping
If you have not received your order within the specified timeframe or despite receiving confirmation from the post office, please contact us and provide us with the relevant order number. We will then initiate an investigation into your order.
If your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse, we can change your shipping address for you. Please contact us and let us know your correct shipping address.
Of course not. You can easily enter a delivery address that is different from the billing address, just follow the instructions during the ordering process.
Were items damaged during shipping or are they missing from your order? In this case, we ask you to report the damage to the responsible shipping service provider within 7 working days of delivery and inform our customer service.

Please take the damaged package and the remaining contents to a post office. Then send us the letter stamped by the post office as an image or PDF by email. As soon as we have received the PDF or image from you, we will arrange for the items to be reshipped, provided the items are in stock.
Our customer service will then inform you about the further process.

The shipping costs depend on the country to which the delivery is made. You can find an overview of the shipping costs here .
The products are individually packed in a reusable zip bag, which is then packed in a shipping bag. We ship throughout Europe. Shipping is handled by our shipping service provider.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking reference and a link to our shipping provider's website where you can track your order.
Orders
First of all, we would like to apologize that your order arrived incomplete. Before you contact our customer service, we ask you to check your emails. It is possible that we have sent some items in separate packages. It is also possible that we have already informed you that some items are not in stock and therefore could not be sent.
If this is not the case, please contact our customer service within 72 hours. Please provide the order number and send us photos of the shipping packaging. Also keep the packaging until processing is complete. After 72 hours, we cannot guarantee that your case will be processed further.
Once an order has been completed, it is unfortunately not possible to add additional items. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order.
When you have found an item you like, please select the desired size and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. All items you have selected will be saved in your shopping cart until the order is completed. When you are ready to complete your order, go to your shopping cart and click on "Checkout". Now follow the system's instructions, which will guide you step by step through the ordering and payment process. After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email, which will list your selected products again.
We accept the following credit cards for payments in the Pegador® online shop: Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo, Laser, Delta and American Express.
You can also use PayPal, Klarna, Mollie iDEAL, Sofort Überweisung, Bancontact and Apple Pay to pay for your order. Please note that some of the payment methods listed can only be used in selected countries.
Products
Please contact our customer service at info@untappedheaven.com with the order number, the name of the faulty/defective item and a description of the defect. Please also send us a photo of the item showing the entire item and pictures of the defective areas. We will then find a satisfactory solution to your problem.
You can find the care instructions on the respective care label, which is located on the seam of the garment. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our customer support (info@untappedheaven.com) at any time.
The fit of our products is oversized. However, you can check the size of each product in the corresponding product size chart. You can also refer to the size of the model and the size she wears.

If an item is sold out, you have the option of leaving your email address using the "Size not available?" button. When the item is available again in your size, you will receive an automatic notification by email.
