Once you have made the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. If you have not received your order after the time indicated below for each country, please contact us with your order number. We will then review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you are always informed of the status of your shipment.

Untapped shall not be liable for delivery errors caused by the fact that the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not correspond to reality or some information has been omitted.



*During collection launch, Black Friday Week and Christmas, shipping delays may occur due to high demand concentrated in a few days.

Early Access orders will not be shipped until Drop Day.


If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Untapped by email at info@untappedheaven.com. Untapped will refund the amount of the order including shipping costs until the order has been prepared by our logistics warehouse and loaded onto the courier vehicles. In this case, no refund will be made.
